Solo Rules
The K-H Xtrail is a team race, but some people may not be able to find a team or a team mate may get ill.
- A person can take part as an individual but then they are part of the social category which means they are not eligible for prizes on the day.
- For the Standard Bank Xtrail Series we take your best positions in 2 out of 3 of the Xtrail events.
- If you partook in the K-H xtrail as an individual then we will add 5 minutes to your time for the 7km distance and 10minutes for the 17km distance.
